2023학년도 1학기 외국인 장학금 신청 안내
1. 신청 대상자: 2017학년도 후기 외국인 입학생부터
(정부초청장학생 및 복수학위자 제외)
2. 신청 방법
가. 신청 기간: 2022. 12. 01(목) ~ 12. 30(금)
나. 신청 방법: 포털접속 → 로그인 → 등록/장학 → 장학 → 대학원 장학금 신청
다. 제출서류 (아래의 서류를 1개의 파일로 업로드)
① 신청서 (본인 및 지도교수 서명 필수)
② 역량기술서 (별도 양식)
(※ 2020학년도 1학기 장학금 신청부터 어학성적을 제출하지 않음)
3. 결과 발표: 2023년 2월 중 포털 - 장학금 수혜내역 확인
4. 자격 요건

자연공학계장학금 |
* 현재 학기 GPA (2023년 1월 발표) 성적이 기준에 미달할 경우 장학금 신청이 취소됩니다.
* 신청 시점에 GPA가 확정되지 않았으므로, 글로벌리더/인문사회계 또는 글로벌리더/자연공학계 중복하여 신청이 가능합니다.
5. 유의사항
가. 2017년 후기 이전에 입학한 학생은 기존의 장학제도를 적용(장학금 신청 불가)
나. 장학금은 매 학기 신청해야 함
다. 장학금은 심사 후 다른 장학금으로 변경하여 선정되거나 미선정 될 수 있음
라. 심사는 종합적인 학업능력(학점 등)을 학과에서 평가 후, 단과대학 최종 심사를 거쳐 이루어짐

Notices on Foreign Student Scholarship Application
(2023 Spring semester)
1. Eligibility: International student who entered on/after 2017 Fall semester
(GKS scholars and dual degree students are not eligible.)
2. Application
1) Period: 1st December(Thu) ~ 30th December(Fri), 2022
2) How to Apply: Visit KUPID (http://portal.korea.ac.kr) → Login →
Registraion/Scholarship → Scholarship → Register the Scholarship
3) Required Documents (Merge to one file and upload)
① Application Form
(must be signed by both an applicant and the advisor professor)
② Statement of ability for an applicant (included in the application form)
(※ Language proficiency test result NOT required )
3. Result Announcement: In Feb, 2023, KUPID Portal – Scholarship -
Scholarship/Student Loan Recipients
* If there’s no scholarship, ‘There is no scholarship(loan) beneficial details.’
* Please Double-Check your Scholarship on your Tuituion bill
* Please ask details of your result to your department office
4. Requirements

Global Leader Scholarship | - 100% of Tuition Fee - Housing Support Fee(during the semester) About Dormitory Fee : Student should pay to the dormitory him/herself with the scholarship | 4.0 / 4.5 or above |
Humanities and Social Sciences Scholarship | - Different based on your department - Check the table below | 3.5 / 4.5 or above |
Natural Sciences and Engineering Scholarship |
* If GPA for 2022 Fall semester doesn’t meet the requirements, the application
for the scholarship will be cancelled. (GPA will be announced in January, 2023.)
* As students don’t know exact score in the application period, students can apply one or more scholarship(e.g. Global Leader & Humanities and Social Sciences / Global Leader & Natural Sciences and Engineering).
